The news came unexpectedly and neither of us was prepared to become a parent. I was too young and working without an employment contract. I had already experienced an abortion and made the same choice. I went to the hospital with my sister-in-law to terminate the pregnancy. There I spoke with the social worker at the counseling office, who explained to us what an abortion means and what risks can occur. In my case, the greatest risk was that of no longer being able to have children. I received brochures and promised that I would think it over and discuss it further with my husband. After two days we decided to keep the baby and I returned to the office.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a few months, I learned with shock that my husband had a malignant tumor and that following the surgery and chemotherapy treatment he would no longer be able to have children. During the pregnancy I also had some major problems, but I am glad that I managed to overcome them successfully and give birth naturally. Our daughter Mirona, who is a miracle, gives us both the strength and fulfillment that makes life worth living and any sacrifice worthwhile!
